OnePlus Watch 3 Review and User Guide

If you're looking for a stylish smartwatch that won’t die on you after a day or two, the OnePlus Watch 3 might just be the one. With 120 hours of battery life, a strong titanium build, and plenty of health features, this latest watch from OnePlus is a solid pick for Android users.

The OnePlus Watch 3 doesn’t look too different from the Watch 2 — and that’s a good thing. It still has the feel of a classic dress watch, but now it’s been upgraded with a tough titanium frame and a sapphire crystal AMOLED screen for extra durability.

The display is bright and beautiful, and the watch feels premium without being overly flashy.

One of the biggest wins? Battery life.

This thing can go up to 120 hours on a single charge. That’s five full days — beating even big names like the Apple Watch Ultra and Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra.

How? It uses two operating systems: Google’s Wear OS 5 and a second low-power system called RTOS. The watch switches between them in the background to save energy — and you won’t even notice it happening.

One of the coolest additions is the 60-second health check-in. Just press your finger on the side sensor, and it checks:

  • Heart rate

  • Blood oxygen

  • Sleep quality

  • Stress and mental wellness

  • Wrist temperature

  • Vascular age (basically your heart’s "fitness age")

There’s also dual-frequency GPS for better accuracy when you’re outside, and support for 100+ sports modes, though only 11 offer deep, pro-level data.

Because it runs Wear OS, you get full access to apps like:

  • Spotify

  • Audible

  • Strava

  • AllTrails

You can also download tons of free watch faces to customize your style.

In the U.S., the OnePlus Watch 3 is priced at $329.99, and in the UK it’s £319 — just a bit cheaper than the Google Pixel Watch 3. But thanks to its titanium build and long battery life, it feels like more watch for your money.

A smaller version is on the way too, though pricing for that isn’t confirmed yet.

Like any smartwatch, it’s not perfect. A few issues came up during testing:

  • Swim tracking isn’t always accurate

  • Sleep scoring might be too harsh compared to other devices

  • It’s a little heavier than some might prefer

Still, for most users — especially casual fitness fans — these are minor gripes.

The OnePlus Watch 3 is a stylish, powerful smartwatch with killer battery life, a beautiful display, and lots of useful health tools. It may not be perfect, but it offers fantastic value for Android users who want a watch that looks good and performs even better.

If you’re tired of charging your watch every night, this one’s worth checking out.
